It's a basic 90s fantasy adventure anime tbh, but the writing is quite good and fun. The dub is not that good, but hey in my book anime dubs are either great or so-bad-it's good. It falls into the latter camp to me, and I had fun with it. Defenition of mid, and that's really not a bad thing at all tbh. Watch it! It's only four eps. (I haven't seen season 2 yet.)
